1. Returns:
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 3 days of receiving it. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.
2. Damaged or Wrong Item:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours with photos as proof. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund, depending on the situation.
3. Refunds:
Refunds are processed only after we receive and inspect the returned product. Once approved, your refund will be issued within 3–5 business days via your original payment method.
4. Non-Returnable Items:
Some items are non-returnable due to hygiene or customization reasons (e.g. undergarments, personalized products).
